"As soon as you enter this fantastic house you will immediately feel at home, it has a cosy and warm feel throughout and plenty of room for the whole family.

The current owner and family have lived here for an impressive 30 years and are simply moving to downsize.

During their time here they have extended the rear of the house creating a 28ft second reception/family room that has, on occasions, held 50 plus guests.

There is potential for a further extension by the way of a loft conversion or perhaps above the garage providing the necessary planning consents and permissions are obtained.

As it is the house is just perfect, it has 3 double bedrooms, a fantastic dining kitchen and with its 2 bath and shower rooms queuing will never be a problem.

Both the front and rear gardens are also quite a feature, they are well groomed and cared for and are a safe place for the kids to play or entertain alfresco style.

Other features include double glazing, gas fired central heating, a larger than average garage with utility area and a modern block paved driveway that can hold up to 3 cars.

What the Owner says:

Our home has been the most amazing place to live and holds many fond memories which will stay with us forever. We have watched our family grow and mature here and our neighbours are just simply the best.

Being adjacent to Portland Road we have a vast selection of local, boutique and high street shops which cater for all our needs and more. Within minutes we can be in central Hove enjoying the many upmarket bars and restaurants and for travelling further the bus and train services are frequent and punctual.

We hope the new owners will be very happy here and wish them luck in their new home.
