Situated on the outskirts of Hastings in this elevated position heading towards Fairlight village, the bungalow has stunning countryside views and out towards the sea. Briefly the property comprises entrance vestibule with door to inner hallway, two good size bedrooms, two reception rooms plus a recess study area, kitchen/utility room plus a bathroom/wc and also a shower room/wc. There are steps up to the first floor loft room which has a window and heating. From the dining room there is a good size sun room which runs the entire width of the bungalow. To the front is an area of garden with off road parking. The rear of this bungalow is of particular note, it has an abundance of shrubs and bushes, predominantly laid to lawn and has the most stunning views to be seen in Hastings.
