"Dominca Court is a gated development with central gardens and parking. It is comprised of a blend of terraced town houses and apartments.

A three bedroom raised ground floor apartment with fantastic harbour views. Large terrace. Secure undercroft parking. Dual aspect living room. Fully fitted kitchen. Master bedroom with en-suite shower room. Two further bedrooms. Family bathroom

Most apartments at Sovereign Harbour have a balcony but there are very few which have a terrace, and this wonderful raised hall floor apartment has outside space of an incredible 1300 sq ft with direct views of the Outer Channel, which means that owners can enjoy the comings and goings of vessels while relaxing al fresco.   
  
Dominica Court is a quiet gated development sited in the South Harbour which means that access to Eastbourne and the promenades is far easier relative to other parts of the harbour.  Opportunities to acquire apartments of this design are rare, and this is the first time that No48 will leave its family ownership since purchase in 2003.  
  
The property is protected by an alarm system which is especially ideal for those purchasing a second home or holiday let. Specified with additional power points, phone and tv sockets in each room, and power supplies in place for later fitting of air conditioning and spa bath.  

  

Description
Dominica Court is comprised of a blend of terraced houses and apartments.  No 48 is a corner apartment and the wrap around terrace gives not only the harbour views but also views to reputably Europe's longest water feature.
  
The apartment is accessed via the main entrance with entry phone system and a short flight of stairs to the front door.  When the apartment was being constructed the owners arranged for "extra" power points and telephone points in all rooms, and though there has not been a need, electrical supplies are in situ for air conditioning and if desired a spa bath.  There is a TV point in each room.  Naturally the apartment has full central heating, double glazing and a security system.  There are a good number of fitted wardrobes and storage cupboards.
