The kitchen comprises of a Gas Hob, Electric oven, fridge and washing machine. Also from the hallway is the double bedroom with large sash window and the shower room. The flat is carpeted throughout apart from the kitchen and bathroom. There is a small garden at the foot of the steps, and parking is easy to obtain via permit parking. The flat benefits from Gas Central Heating
