"Well-presented and recently re-decorated two-bedroom, mid-terraced family home across two storeys, located in a quiet residential area in Musselburgh, East Lothian. The property comprises an entrance vestibule, living room, kitchen, upper landing, two double bedrooms, and bathroom. Additional features include uPVC double glazing, gas central heating, good storage including a partially-floored loft, private rear garden, one allocated parking space and ample guest parking. Musselburgh is located approximately seven miles to the east of Edinburgh city centre, and as such offers easy access for commuters into the city. Regular buses operate into Edinburgh from along the east coast, whilst Musselburgh rail station is less than a mile from the property. There is also quick access onto the A1 and Edinburgh city bypass, leading to all the major motorway networks.
