Recently refurbished to a high standard  this property offers flexible accomodation comprising ,on the ground floor ,2 public rooms, cloak room with wc and sink, and a single bedroom/office. All  of these rooms are floored in polished hardwood.

The kitchen has a tiled floor ,modern units ,gas hob /electric oven, integrated units comprising a large fridge seperate freezer and a dish washer.

Staires off the hallway lead to a landing opening to the bathroom which has tiled walls and floor. Modern bathroom suit  and termostatic shower. There are two further bedrooms off this landing , which along with the staires have been newly carpeted.

This property also features a large enclosed garden with cobbled patio area accessed from the kitchen via patio doors or from a gated side enterance. Being end terreced there is the facility for off street parking by removing the garge which  currently backs into the garden area.

All windows have been double glazed and the heating and hotwater  is provided by a modern combi gas boiler with remote wireless control. The majority of the electrics were rewired a few years ago and the ample quantity of  sockets and light switchs were replaced during the recent refurbishment which comprised of all internal walls freshly plastered and painted. Externally the house has been re rendered and gutters and down pipes replaced.
