"Close Thornton are elated to be welcoming to the market such a rare gem. This four bedroom self build bungalow was constructed in 1993 and was clearly created with exceptional attention to detail. The bungalow itself has a number of ways it can be presented, with a enough space for a large family this property has limitless potential. Situated on a substantial plot within Jesmond Road you are greeted at the entrance by sweeping driveway which creates privacy but provides space for parking a plethora of cars. The plot its self is made up of the substantial bungalow, a double garage and the wrap around gardens, which a buyer has potential to purchase some of the land to the rear from the neighbour, to create an even larger plot. The bungalow is made up of a number of large rooms which can be utilised in different ways to suit the purchaser. Upon entering the property you are greeted by an extensive entrance hall and a cloakroom/ wc to your right. The previous occupiers utilised the room on the left as a large lounge/ dining area which runs the full side of the house, it boasts French doors looking over the side of the garden which is host to a number of fruit trees such as apple, pear and green gage trees. To the rear of the lounge there is a box room which has been used as a study however there is a possibility this could be used as a fifth bedroom. To the other side of the property there is a large kitchen with an arch way in to the dining room, this has potential to be a stunning entertaining area and the heart of a family home. The property comprises three double bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes and en suite shower rooms, from our measurements we have found they are all roughly the same size and lay out. There is also a fourth bedroom without an en suite, this is situated next to the family bathroom. The properties biggest asset surely has to be the enormous loft storage with the fixed stair case. With a length of over 8 meters this space with the correct planning permission has the potential to be another 2 bedrooms or a stunning master suite.

There are so many uses for this property, if it is living space you are after or bedroom space to house a large family, this is certainly the property for you. The property is in need of updating throughout however it is the perfect project for a family who is looking to put their own stamp on something. It is a must view, but be ready to fall in love!
