"We are now in a position to offer to the market this superbly located 3/4 bedroom farm house located in Iveston, County Durham.The property briefly comprises Hallway leading through to a large family room with an exposed brick fire place and exposed beams. Thereis a large farm house style kitchen with views out over the valley. There is a dining room and lobby area, as well as a door opening to afully panelled Drawing Room, with double glazed windows having a wonderful open aspect over paddock and beyond. From the receptionhall is an oak staircase with oak newel post and spindles leading to the first floor landing. The main room in the annexe is currently usedas a Gym, with exposed beams and recessed spotlights. The detached pool hall has a steel frame structure and block walls with anexposed roof structure and there are double glazed doors and windows at either end."
