Middleton in Teesdale is a large village supporting a self sufficient range of amenities including numerous shops, tea rooms, public houses, doctors? surgery, primary school and church. It is situated just over 10 miles northwest of the historic market town of Barnard Castle which provides a wider range of shopping, educational and recreational facilities. Many of the renowned beauty spots of Teesdale are within a short drive and beyond are the North Yorkshire Dales/Moors and Lake District. For the commuter the A68, A67 and A1(M) provide links with the major commercial centres of the North East. Darlington Mainline Railway Station and Durham Tees Valley International Airport offer further communications with the rest of the country.

The Bungalow occupies an elevated position on the fringe of Middleton in Teesdale with stunning southerly views over the village and across towards Kirk Arran.

The flexible accommodation provides for two reception rooms and two bedrooms, or alternatively one reception room and three bedrooms and whilst some updating and modernisation is required, there is excellent scope to create a most attractive home.
