"A TWO BEDROOM SEMI DETACHED HOUSE WITH GROUND FLOOR EXTENSION

This extended two bedroom house is situated within walking distance of two supermarkets, a convenience store and a doctors surgery. It is also just a short distance from Verwood town centre which includes access to a full range of amenities.

Upon entering the property, a porch leads into a hallway which provides a useful space for storage of coats and shoes. The living room is located to the front of the property with a window overlooking the front garden. The room is currently arranged with an electric fireplace as the focal point with plenty of space for freestanding furniture. A barn door opens into the recently renovated kitchen which consists of a range of matching base and wall units with an integrated oven and 4 ring electric hob with extractor over. There is also space for a washing machine, tumble dryer, freestanding fridge freezer and a dishwasher.
