"This spacious detached bungalow is quietly situated in an excellent semi-rural position in Harmans Cross, located at the top of a shared driveway which provides access to two other properties. The bungalow is of Purbeck stone construction under a conventional pitched roof covered with concrete tiles.

The hamlet of Harmans Cross lies in the heart of the Isle of Purbeck some 2½ miles from the seaside resort of Swanage and a similar distance from the historic village of Corfe Castle. It has a large modern village hall and railway station. Much of the area is classified as being of Outstanding Natural Beauty and incorporates a World Heritage Coastline.

Upon entering the bungalow, the spacious entrance hall leads to the South facing living room/dining room which benefits from views across open country and provides access to the garden. The fully fitted kitchen has a walk-in pantry and a number of white goods which will be included in the sale. There are 2 double bedrooms, the master bedroom benefits from an en-suite bathroom

(previously bedroom 3). A shower room and separate cloakroom complete the accommodation on this floor.

From the entrance hall there is access to the large loft room which is suitable for conversion into further accommodation, subject to obtaining planning consent. From this upper level there are two Velux windows which are South facing providing views across nearby open countryside.

One of the finest features of Brier Patch is the enclosed garden which completely surrounds the property, the size of which is approximately two thirds of an acre. The garden is mostly laid to lawn with vegetable sections, decked seating area, paved patio, timber garden shed, greenhouse and is bordered by mature shrubbery. There is a detached double garage to the right of the driveway which measures 5.2m x 4.4m with up-and-over door, fitted shelving and electric light and power.

All viewings must be accompanied and these are strictly by appointment through the Sole Agents, Corbens, 01929 422284. Please note, the postcode for this property is BH19 3DZ.
