52 Simons Road is an attractive red brick house thought to have been built in the 1950 s, conveniently placed within walking distance of the beautiful historic town of Sherborne and close to local schools and a convenience shop. Unlike other properties within the road, the property also has the addition of a sizeable garage which measures 5.79m x 4.19m and driveway parking to the front and rear.
