"A substantial, Grade 2 listed, end terrace town house which has been extensively modernised and occupies a prime position in the heart of Old Town Poole

This property would be an ideal purchase for those looking to run a high end guest house as there are five bedroom suites and a separate self contained 1 bedroom apartment which could be used as owners accommodation.

Having over 25 years experience in design gave me a great opportunity to make my mark and although somewhat different to my usual interior projects found researching and purchasing of materials an exciting new challenge.
However due to other commitments the house remain in its present format until January 2013 where works started and a major refurbishment programme commenced, introducing attention to detail, elegant bedrooms and stylish bathrooms to provide a mix of period charm with a modern twist.
The house would also make a wonderful family house or a mix of both with some small amendments made.
Unfortunately my life path has taken me in a different direction and now must look for a new purchaser for this wonderful house and to enjoy all the rewards this house has to offer. Garage/Parking Pakring space in front of the single garage and within."
