THE ACCOMMODATION:
Split over three storeys means this uniquely constructed property has stretching views from the roof terrace (pictures 12 & 13), across Poole Bay, towards Old Harry Rocks and The Purbecks. 
On the ground floor, upon entering, there is a large open plan living area. This was intended to be used an entertaining room having the modern kitchen with integral appliances and a high gloss tiled finish across plenty of floor space. This would also make a great sized living room, although previously the living area has been arranged on the third floor benefiting from those previously mentioned views. The area has been branded the fourth most expensive area to live in the world. It's easy to understand with the unique nature in which properties are developed and the beach that has been known as "the best beach in England".
