Lewesdon Court is a purpose built block of 12 self contained flats constructed in about 1973 of cavity walls, brick faced, beneath a tiled roof. The common parts are maintained to a high standard, with the internal accommodation of No. 11 being of generous proportions.

The property is situated just a few minutes walk from the town centre and seafront, set back from Silver Street in communal gardens backing onto the Woodland Trust wood at Slopes Farm.

Flat 11 has been generally cared for, but would now benefit from general updating. A particular attraction of the flat is the balcony off the Living Room.
