Teneriffe is a period property probably built in the 1930's and was later converted into three self-contained apartments. It is believed to be constructed of brick and some timber studwork with rendered elevations part clad in weather boarding.

The apartment enjoys excellent views of Lyme Bay taking in the West Dorset coastline from Portland to the east and westward enjoys a superb outlook over the Cobb Harbour. It also benefits from uPVC double glazing and recent redecoration.
