"A two bedroom cottage style semi-detached bungalow situated in a popular residential location within close proximity to Fordingbridge and approximately four and half miles from Verwood. The property offers comfortable accommodation and gives scope for extending to the side, STPP. The property enjoys a delightful rear aspect overlooking open fields.

A UPVC glazed door leads through to the entrance porch with a glazed window to the side and a glazed panel door leads into the entrance hallway with access to the loft and a door leading through to the kitchen/diner.

The Kitchen/diner has a UPVC double glazed window to the side and a door to the rear. The kitchen is of a cottage style with a range of wood fronted base units and drawers under a rolled top working surface with inset sink, inset four ring gas hob, extractor hood, integrated double oven, space for fridge and freezer, tiling to the splash back areas that lead to a matching range of wall units.

The dining area has a glazed window to the rear aspect and a door through to the sitting room.
