SITUATION: The property is located within the heart of the delightful coastal village of Puncknowle with its active community and local facilities including a pub with shop, church and village hall and within walking distance of The Bull at Swyre and Chesil Beach which forms part of the Jurassic Coastline and gives access to the South West Coastal Path.
