"In brief, this is a perfect home for anyone who wants a comfortable and spacious bungalow with a superb sunny garden and plenty of parking space near all the amenities as well as the sea.

The historic town of Christchurch is situated on the shores of its own spectacular natural harbour at the confluence of the rivers Stour and Avon. Close to the magnificent Dorset World Heritage Coast and the tranquil New Forest National Park, Christchurch is only a short drive from Bournemouth and Poole. The area is steeped in history. Founded in the 7th century, the town was originally named Twynham but became known as Christchurch following the construction of the priory in 1094. The town centre has an eclectic mix of shops and restaurants with market day on a Monday. The Property A spacious chalet bungalow with three double bedrooms, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor. There is a superb modern bathroom with corner bath and double shower with range of fitted units, washbasin and toilet, and a separate large modern cloakroom with toilet, washbasin and again a range of modern fitted units for storage.

The property is entered through a porch which leads into a spacious hallway. There is an L shaped sitting/dining room. The sitting has a marble effect fire surround with gas fire, and the double French doors and full length window afford this room a lot of light and views across the rear garden.

From the dining area, there is a door to the fully fitted kitchen which has an integrated dishwasher, eye level gas oven and grill and a 4 ring gas hob. Also accessed from the dining room is a useful rear lobby with a door to the back garden.

The large first floor loft conversion is flooded with light afforded by two double-sized Velux windows and would make a wonderful hobbies room or large double bedroom. There are fitted cupboards for eaves storage and the Combi boiler is also in the loft. The Outside The beautifully planted south-west facing rear garden is a real feature of this property, being some 70 feet in length and designed with a central lawned area surrounded by mature trees and shrubs giving colour and interest throughout the year. The property benefits from a very long drive leading to double wooden gates, with more parking behind these gates, ideal for anyone wanting to keep a boat, motorhome or caravan as well as several cars. There is a double-length garage, with remote controlled up and over door, and a separate workshop with light and power at the rear. Summary In brief, this is a perfect home for anyone who wants a comfortable and spacious bungalow with a superb sunny garden and plenty of parking space near all the amenities as well as the sea.
