Constructed in the 1980?s and forming part of a popular cul-de-sac development just over half a mile from Broadstone. Upon entering the bungalow, there is a spacious reception hall which serves all principal rooms. The west facing rear garden is a notable feature being secluded and having several stone steps leading to a variety of levels, the top level enjoying distant views over Broadstone towards Poole.

Proceed away from Broadstone along Clarendon Road and take the first left hand turning into West Way. Continue along West Way for approximately half a mile before taking the second left hand turning into Sandford Way. Then take the first right hand turning into Tadden Walk.
