The property is situated in a well established location close to local sought after schools and within easy reach of Broadstone village centre which offers a comprehensive range of shops and amenities.
Property Descripton
The property is a spacious semi-detached family home that has been extended and improved by the present owners offering both spacious and versatile accommodation, with a range of traditional features such as picture hanging rails and original doors, as well as double glazed windows and doors. The accommodation briefly comprises: A reception hall with stars rising to the first floor with fitted cupboard under and there is internal access to the garaging. The sitting room has a bay window to the front aspect, exposed wooden flooring and an Edwardian feature fire surround.
