SITUATION:  No 21 Wellfields Drive is situated in a popular cul-de-sac development on the northern outskirts of the market town of Bridport close to the village centre of Bradpole. The village offers a useful range of local facilities including a sub-Post Office/stores a local Inn, butchers' shop, church and village hall.

The market town of Bridport lies about 1 mile distant and has an excellent shopping centre with all of the amenities associated with a town of this size.  The coastal village of West Bay, on the Jurassic Coast, lies about 2.5 miles due south where there is an attractive harbour with boating and fishing together with an 18-hole golf course.

Dorchester, the County Town of Dorset, lies about 15 miles to the east and here there is a main line rail service to London, Waterloo.
