The Dwelling The property is believed to have been built in the 1970s and in recent years has undergone wholesale refurbishment, taking in all the high cost items including the kitchen, the bath shower room, the combination boiler, the central heating system, the wiring, the insulation and the roof.

Accommodation To the front of the house there is an entrance lobby that leads through to the main living spaces which are arranged on the southerly side of the property, taking in the sun for much of the day.
