SITUATION: No 40, Maple Gardens occupies a level site to the east of the market town of Bridport within walking distance of local facilities. Bridport affords a comprehensive shopping centre boosted by a twice-weekly street market and caters for a wide range of business and leisure pursuits including an arts centre, a leisure centre with an indoor swimming pool and an all-weather bowls club.
