"A 3 bedroom detached bungalow with garage and parking and south-facing gardens situated in quiet location on the edge of the market town of Bridport

SITUATION:  No 26, Manor Fields is located on the eastern edge of the market town of Bridport, an almost-level active walk from the town centre with bus stops within a 0.25 mile walk for Bridport and Dorchester.

The cul-de-sac of Manor Fields is a highly desirable area of similar bungalows and No 26 is away from the main road and affords views to the hills and over the town.  There are many local walks close by over beautiful West Dorset countryside and the coast at West Bay is approximately 2.5 miles distant with the Jurassic Coastline there designated with World Heritage Status.

Bridport itself is a thriving market town affording excellent facilities and amenities including a modern medical centre, dentists, museum, library, art centre and leisure centre with indoor swimming pool, Electric Palace theatre/cinema, and there are active groups including U3A, bowles and tennis clubs, golf club at West Bay, musical and theatre groups.  The twice-weekly street market is popular as is the farmers' market, WI market, vintage and arts and crafts studios and workshops.
