"A well maintained detached and enlarged two bedroom bungalow with garage, private rear garden and parking, located in a quiet residential close within almost level walk of the town centre.


SITUATION:  
No 18 Coneygar Close is situated in a  small close of mainly bungalows on the northern edge of the town with little passing traffic backing on to a small primary school playing fields.  There are easy walk ways into the town centre of Bridport with its mainly independent shops, good art centre, renowned Electric Palace and Lyric community theatre/cinema, leisure centre with indoor swimming pool, twice-weekly street market and fortnightly artisan and farmers' market. Bridport boasts a wide range of clubs and organisations, including indoor/outdoor bowls, tennis club, art workshops, vintage quarter, artists' studios, choral groups and there is a well supported U3A group.  There is also a good network of footpaths immediately to hand offering walks over the open hillsides and scenic countryside.

The coast at West Bay is easily reached by footpaths, cycle routes or road and offers a gateway to the renowned Jurassic Coastline and access to the south west coastal paths.  West Bay is well known for its iconic cliffs, fishing harbour providing boating activities, beaches and a golf course on the East Cliff.

Dorchester, the County Town of Dorset, lies about 15 miles to the east and here there is a main line rail service to London, Waterloo.
