SITUATION AND AMENITIES Burton Bradstock is a charming coastal village set on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. The village is popular with locals and newcomers alike, offering a wide range of services and amenities including a post office, garage and petrol station, public houses, a church and a well regarded primary school. Burton Bradstock is also well known for organising many events including two fetes and a classical music festival. There is access to miles of stunning coastal walks and bridle ways. The Bridport and West Dorset Golf Club is less than two miles away with its spectacular 18 hole course on the cliffs giving views along the World Heritage Coast. There is a wide selection of excellent primary, secondary and independent schooling in the area. The market town of Bridport has a twice weekly market as well as regular farmers and vintage markets and offers a range of artisan and retro shops. The town has a vibrant music, arts and literary community, hosting the renowned Bridport Literary Festival. Bridports mainstream amenities include restaurants, hotels, a cinema and leisure centre, supermarkets (including Waitrose), a museum and a health centre.
