Internally the property is presented in fair order although would benefit from updating giving scope to modernise/personalise to taste, retaining a good deal of original features and benefiting from high ceilings this gives the opportunity to create a modern yet characterful home.

A large entrance porch gives access through to the entrance hall which has doors leading to all three of the properties reception rooms and has stairs leading to the first floor. Currently two of the receptions rooms are arranged as bedrooms although as a family home the reception space is generous and offers a multitude of arrangements.

Overlooking the rear gardens there is a good size kitchen which is fitted with a good range of storage and offers space for a range of appliances. Abutting the side of kitchen a lean to gives access on to the side and rear gardens.

Being adjacent to the master bedroom the fourth room also gives the opportunity to create a dressing room or en-suite subject to building regulation approval.

Outside a small front garden is enclosed by low level walling and a privet hedge. A pathway leads to the front door and side of property continuing to the rear garden. Fully enclosed by wooden close board fencing the rear garden enjoys a South Westerly aspect and has been laid to low maintenance loose stone.
