This detached family home is situated in this convenient location, being a short walk from Christchurch Road with its bus services and nearby access to Pokesdown train station. Local shops and the Sovereign Shopping Centre are nearby, as is Kings Park with its walk and recreational and sporting facilities. There are a number of local good schools in the catchment area. The front door leads into the Entrance Hall, and a further door leads into the Lounge with a feature fireplace and front aspect bay window. An arch takes you into the Dining Room with rear aspect window and room for dining table and chairs. The Kitchen has working surfaces over cupboards and drawers with matching wall mounted cupboards. There is space for cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher whilst plumbing for the washing machine can be found in the Utility area which is off the Kitchen. From the Entrance Hall, the staircase leads to the First Floor where the 3 bedrooms and bathroom are found. The bathroom has a panelled bath with shower and pedestal wash hand basin. There is also a separate w.c. The airing cupboard on the landing houses the boiler.
