SITUATION: The property occupies a convenient position within the Conservation Area and about 100 yards from the Town Square. Beaminster is a small historic town and is situated in an area designated as being of outstanding natural beauty. The market town of Bridport lies about 6 miles distant to the south and the sea and harbour at West Bay is a further 1.5 miles distant.
