SITUATION:  Beaminster is a small historic town situated in an area designated as being one of outstanding natural beauty.  The town centre caters for everyday needs and there is a primary and secondary school conveniently located.  The market town of Bridport lies about 6 miles distant to the south and the sea and harbour at West Bay is a further 1.5 miles distant.  The area is renowned as the Jurassic Coast and its stunning views and delightful coastal walks.
