SITUATION: Eggardon Close is a tucked away former ex-local authority development comprising a mixture of houses and purpose-built flats, with No 18 being situated in the very corner of the first cul-de-sac on the left backing onto St Mary‘s Primary School grounds and with views across to the hillside.
