Leave Diss on the A1066 and follow the road through the villages of Roydon, Bressingham and South Lopham. On entering the village of Garboldisham, turn left at the crossroads passing the Village Stores on the right hand side, where the property will be found after a short distance on the right hand side, marked by a ´For Sale´ board.
