"Situated in a popular village is this spacious three bedroom detached chalet bungalow, which was once the village post office. The accommodation comprises three double bedrooms (master bedroom to the first floor), a large sitting room measuring in excess of 20' long with feature wood-burning stove and patio doors leading out into the rear garden, a spacious study, an impressive fitted kitchen featuring solid wooden work-surfaces and butler sink with further patio doors leading out into the rear garden, a grand dining room which again enjoys a huge amount of space for entertaining and two well equipped bathrooms. Outside, the home is approached via a level gravel driveway providing a superb amount of off road parking, passing a shaped and level lawn with a mixture of mature trees and conifers with vehicular access to the right hand side, leading to the 40' garage/workshop with shallow inspection pit and up and over door. To the rear, is a large low maintenance courtyard style garden, predominantly laid with paving slabs to provide a fantastic space for outside entertaining and enjoying the majority of the day's sunshine from its southerly aspect. From here, there is side access into the workshop which has power and light connected, and so provides a fantastic space for a multiple of uses. There is also a further pathway leading around the other side of the home which affords access back past a large shed, through a wooden gate to the front. The home benefits from LPG gas central heating and UPVC double glazing with beautiful solid wooden doors in the main entrance hallway, creating a real sense of character balanced by many modern additions. It is homes like this that we feel are suited to a wide variety of buyers and with no onward chain, booking an early internal inspection is highly recommended to avoid missing out.

Directions From Torrington proceed in a Southerly direction on the A386 signposted Hatherleigh/Okehampton and upon the leaving the town at the bottom of the hill turn left onto the A3124 signposted Winkleigh/Exeter.
