SITUATION Quarrendon benefits from a good position, being tucked away and yet a level walk away from Borough Park, the Leisure Centre/swimming pool and Totnes mainline railway station. There are lovely walks nearby along the river Dart towards Dartington and Totnes town centre. Totnes is a medieval market town with a Norman Castle and is situated on the river Dart. The town has a unique feel and a creative spirit as characterised by its High Street with its range of independent cafes and shops. Totnes has primary and secondary schools and lies around 6 miles away from the A38/Devon Expressway making easy access to Exeter and Plymouth. DESCRIPTION This well proportioned upper floor apartment is one of just three in Quarrendon House. The accommodation, whilst requiring some degree of modernisation is a good size and briefly comprises a sitting room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, utility and a bathroom.
