"Chetwode is a substantial detached dormer bungalow situated in a sought after location within the village of Stoke Gabriel. The property offers substantial accommodation in excess of 2000 sqft and is well presented throughout with beautifully maintained gardens, double garage and gated driveway.

The accommodation comprises entrance hall with stairs rising to the first floor and access through to a large sitting room which leads through to a dining area and snug, which could also be used as a home office. Totnes also boasts a thriving market as well as a good selection of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and inns.
