"A spacious 3 Bedroom Detached Bungalow situated on a level site in an attractive village setting.

Briefly comprising:- Entrance Porch opening into large Hall off which are doors to Lounge, Kitchen/Dining Room, 3 Bedrooms, Bathroom and Cloakroom. The Garage is approached from a rear personnal door or front vehicular door and there are gardens both front and rear and additional Parking to the forefront of the garage.

SITUATION
The property stands in a cul-de-sac road, within the popular village of Staverton, which itself lies approximately 4 miles from Totnes and well placed for easy accessibility to all the centres of the area. With the A38 linking the cities of Exeter and Plymouth within a short drive. Totnes town itself has a mainline railway station, two supermarkets, a well established comprehensive school and a host of other amenities.

From the immediate area access can be enjoyed both to the coastlines of the South Hams and Torbay and to the Dartmoor National Parks to the north west.

DIRECTIONS
From Totnes take the road through Dartington bearing right at Shinners Bridge roundabout, continue past Dartington Church on your right hand side and at the top of the hill a turning on your right is signposted Staverton. Take this turning and proceed down and across the stone river bridge, and turning right immediately after the bridge will take you into the village. Continue until you come to the monument in the centre of the road and turn right. Leading down this road in the direction of the Church, Woodland Close is the first turning on your left and the property is on the left.

CONSTRUCTION
