The beaches and coastlines of the South Hams and Torbay are all within an easy drive as are the Dartmoor National Parks to the north-west. For the Golfer, there are courses at Dartmouth, Churston and Ipplepen.
DIRECTIONS
From Rendells Totnes office proceed down the Fore Street onto The Plains, crossing the River Dart on the old stone bridge (in front of you), proceed to the junction with the main Paignton road and turn right proceeding up the hill in the direction of Paignton.
At the top of the hill turn right into Blackpost Lane, and right again into Higher Westonfields. Proceed down this road and you will see a third turning into Springhill Road on your right hand side. On entering Springhill Road proceed towards the end of the cul-de-sac and the property can be located on the right hand side, down the long drive.
