The lounge is a good size dual aspect room with large double glazed window to the rear of the property, double glazed window to the side of the property and has a serving hatch to the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with wall and base level units and drawers with roll edge work surfaces and tiled splash areas. There is an electric hob with oven under and chimney style extractor over, inset stainless steel sink and drainer, space and plumbing for washing machine and space for fridge freezer.
