Lansdowne Park is a favoured cul de sac in Bridgetown.  Local facilities include a parade of shops and a regular bus service on Weston Lane.  Totnes itself possesses a wide range of individual shopping outlets, eateries/public houses and recreational/cultural facilities.  There is a railway station sited on the main line that links Penzance with Paddington.  To the west, flanking Dartmoor National Park, is the A38 Devon Expressway for travelling to Plymouth, Exeter and beyond via the M5 Motorway.  Plymouth has a ferry port providing services to Roscoff in France and Santander in Spain whilst Exeter possesses an international airport.  In the opposite direction, to the east, are the attractive resort towns of Torbay and to the south the beautiful South Hams countryside and coastline.

DIRECTIONS:  From the roundabout by the Royal Seven Stars Hotel in the centre of Totnes drive over the old bridge and take the first turning on the right hand side onto Seymour Road.  Follow this road up hill and immediately after St John's Primary School turn right onto Weston Lane. Continue around a left hand bend and past the parade of shops.  Turn right onto Lansdowne Park and right again at the T junction.  Number 33 will be found on the left hand side as identified by our To Let board.
