This modern detached individual family home is in a quiet yet convenient location on the edge of the village of Dartington, Totnes. Within a small development of just 10 properties, it offers spacious accommodation within walking distance of the shops at Dartington, the primary school & The Cott Inn, plus Totnes mainline station is under 5 mins drive away.

Entering into a large and spacious hallway with plenty of room for hanging coats and storing boots it has a practical wood floor and doors off to a WC immediately on the left, and then straight ahead to the stunning recently modernised kitchen dining room which extends along the entire width of the property.

This fabulous family and entertaining room has plenty of work and storage space with base and wall units plus a large sweeping breakfast bar with table which can accommodate up to 6 if requiring more casual dining. The larger town of Totnes is just down the road and is a medieval market town surrounded by the beautiful rolling countryside of the South Hams. Located at the navigable head of the River Dart this unique town has a worldwide reputation for its lively, diverse community and relaxed atmosphere. There are a plethora of restaurants, bars and pubs as well as many privately owned shops and art galleries.

Totnes main line Train station is approx. 15 mins walk away or a short drive with its direct connection to London Paddington approx. 2hr 45mins Exeter St Davids approx. 35 mins and Plymouth approx. 30 mins Exeter airport is 30 miles away approx. 40 mins giving direct flights to London, UK and Europe. The A38 giving access to the motorway network is about a 5 minute drive.
