SITUATION Hunters Moon is a small and exclusive development situated in the pretty village of Dartington a very sought after location on the outskirts of Totnes. It has a rich and cultural heritage and affords its residence a wonderful quality of life. The historic Dartington Hall a 14th Century palace of the Duke of Exeter and has delightful gardens which include a medieval jousting lawn, recreational facilities and educational needs are met locally. Dartington has several excellent schools, there is a recently extended and popular primary school and well regarded Steiner School. For those that travelling and commuting is important for the A38 Devon Expressway is a little over 3 miles to the north and the mainline rail connections are available at Totnes 2 miles to the south which is on a main line to London Paddington in approximately 3 hours. DESCRIPTION Hunters Moon is a small exclusive development of architecturally designed houses. Number 47 has been extended and modernised throughout the current term of ownership to create an exceptionally large property well positioned within the development. The present owners have extended the property with a heavy slant on bedroom space creating a potentially six-bedroom family home. Gross internal square footage extends to nearly 2,000 sq ft. This combination could be rationalised to create a larger reception space.
