SITUATION Dartington is a popular village that lies approximately 2 miles north of Totnes. The village has a range of amenities including a well-regarded primary school, a church, local village stores, a petrol station and a range of shops at the Cider Press Centre. There are various cultural activities at Dartington Hall. A wider range of facilities and schools is available at Totnes including a main line rail station, two supermarkets and boating opportunities on the River Dart. The junction to the A38 Devon Expressway is just a few miles away making for good access to the cities of Exeter and Plymouth.
