"Tucked away in the heart of the ever popular village of Broadhempston Pippins is a charming and characterful detached family home that effortlessly blends period features with modern living. Pippins is approached via a shared driveway with double 5 bar gate to the parking area with space for 3 cars.

The main reception room at the end of the hallway is large with a double aspect and has a feature fireplace housing a Jotul woodburner. The principal bedroom is full of character and is double volume with exposed beams, a door leads to a fantastic sun terrace which has views over the village and fields beyond and there is also a mezzanine level, with skylight which lends itself well for a study hobby area. There is a further double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms on this floor.

The garden is a real feature of the property which is wonderfully private despite being so centrally located in the village. Approached through the gates there is a large driveway and garden shed. To the right are mature flower beds and a lawn and potting shed. Reached from the kitchen is a large sun terrace.
