"The property is a beautiful 4-bedroom house with a spacious garden and garage. This detached property is situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Torquay.
The ground floor consists of a porch, study, kitchen, breakfast room, cloakroom, dining room and living room. The breakfast room is extremely bright and airy due to its many windows including a skylight and French doors that lead to the garden. There is a door that gives access to the garage. The double garage has had a full width utility area installed and also comes with a complete boarded loft.
The kitchen has recently undergone an extension and is spacious and conveniently equipped with integrated appliances. The hallway is also roomy with a fitted cupboard under the stairs and a cloakroom. The dining room and living room are linked by an entranceway. Both have extensive space the living room has a feature fireplace and the dining room has sliding glass doors that lead out to the garden. The study is decently sized and could convert to a bedroom with adjacent cloakroom.
The first floor consists of the main bathroom and the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a sizeable walk in shower en suite and dressing room. The dressing room forms part of the master suite but can easily be converted back to a fourth bedroom with its own door. There are fitted cupboards on the landing and in two of the bedrooms. The newly refurbished family bathroom has a spa bath and good storage space. The first floor is bright and airy.
There is a laid to lawn front garden and plenty of space for off-road parking at the side of the house. The rear garden, on three levels, mainly comprises of patio space and well established shrubs.
