A smartly presented two bedroom terraced property situated in the popular Cul De Sac of Skye Close in The Willows, Torquay. With off road parking for two cars, a private rear garden and kept in excellent condition this property would be ideal for a first time buyer, investor, or an applicant looking to downsize.

Accommodation

Entering the property through the uPVC front door you are greeted by an all open plan ground floor living and dining space, the current owner has opened up the space to allow as much versatility as possible. A recently fitted kitchen occupies the rear of this room and has a large central island which provides the seating area for meals.
