"Wesold are delighted to bring to market this large and very spacious Georgian and Victorian property with 5 bedrooms, walled garden, double garage/ workshop and vegetable plot. Grade 2 listed and part of which is currently being run as a B&B. Ideally suited to this purpose or as a big family home, or could be easily adapted to suit two families or for rental of one half. It is situated next door to the village shop and post office, on the pretty, old village square of Witheridge.

The property comprises large lobby, long hallways, elegant front staircase, rear staircase, 3 bathrooms and good size utility area. There is a front dining room with inglenook fire place and wood burner, a big family kitchen and very spacious rear living room with beautiful Victorian glazed double doors leading out to a small sun/ garden room. Beyond this, a walled garden leads to a small courtyard and a double garage, which then leads to a concreted area and further garden, which is currently being used to grow vegetables.
