Tiverton is an old market town, with an historic castle, on the banks of the River Exe. There are many facilities including several supermarkets, a wide range of shops, modern district hospital, sports centre and golf course. The A361 (North Devon Link Road) is within a few miles and gives direct access to Junction 27 of the M5 motorway, providing easy driving distances to Exeter and Taunton and to the mainline railway station, Tiverton Parkway. DIRECTIONS From Junction 27 of the M5 motorway, proceed along the A361 towards Tiverton and Barnstaple. Go past Tiverton and proceed on through the roundabout towards Barnstaple. After about 5 miles turn left at Stonelands Cross, signposted
Rackenford. Immediately turn right at the T junction and then turn left, signposted Nomansland. Proceed along here for 1 mile, passing through Tidderson Cross and at Hilltown Cross turn right, signposted Rackenford. Continue down this lane and the property will be found on your left hand side. LETTING The property is available to let on a renewable assured shorthold tenancy for 6 months, unfurnished and is available immediately. RENT: ?750 per calendar month, including water, drainage and council tax. Electric used will be invoiced by the landlords direct via the submeter. DEPOSIT: ?850 returnable at end of tenancy, subject to any deductions. All deposits for a property let through Stags are held on their Client Account and administered in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and Dispute Service, Viewing strictly through the Agents.
