SITUATION The property is situated in a quiet residential area, which is a very accessible area to the M5 Motorway at Junction 27.
 
It is within walking distance of the town centre of Tiverton. It is just far enough to feel as though you are out of the town, but with all the amenities nearby.
 
Tiverton has an excellent range of shopping, banking, recreational, healthcare and educational facilities, including Blundell's School, which offers discounted fees to local students.

Turn right at the next roundabout by the leisure centre. Continue along this road past the new hospital and straight across the roundabout at Morrisons. Continue over the River Exe and at the mini-roundabout turn right onto the Rackenford Road. Continue along this road for a short distance and turn right into Higher Loughborough and the property will be found in a short distance on the left hand side.
