The village of Withleigh is just a few miles west of the market town of Tiverton, where all the usual shopping and educational facilities are available. Tiverton is home to the renowned Blundells private school.

The North Devon dual carriageway links Tiverton to the M5 and Tiverton Junction with it’s fast railway connection to Paddington, London. 20 minutes south on the M5 is the county city of Exeter.

Withleigh Rectory was built in the early 1990’s in the grounds of The Old Rectory. It has a large level garden with an enclosure for chickens, plus a garage and plenty of further parking.
